Update – 6CPA Administration Backlog


In relation to the backlog of claims on the 6CPA Registration and Claiming Portal (due to the implementation of system changes to accommodate new claiming requirements implemented from 1 February 2018), please find a program update below:

Payments for claims (including the payment to be made on Thursday 5th July) will include the following claims:

  • DAAs – claims submitted on or before: paying up to 27th May
  • MedsCheck – claims submitted on or before: paying up to 21st May
  • HMR – claims submitted on or before: paying up to 17th May
  • RMMR – claims submitted on or before: paying up to 27th May
  • QUM – claims submitted on or before: paying up to 2nd June
  • Staged Supply – claims submitted on or before: paying up to 19th May

As previously advised, extra resources have been put in place and the 6CPA team continues to be dedicated to clearing the backlog as quickly as possible.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period.
