Update: Community Pharmacy Program Transition Arrangements

As previously announced, administration of the 23 Community Pharmacy Programs funded under the Sixth Community Pharmacy Agreement (6CPA) will transition from the Pharmacy Guild of Australia (Guild) to the Pharmacy Programs Administrator (PPA). From 1 February 2019 all new claims should be submitted to the Pharmacy Programs Administrator (www.ppaonline.com.au)
The Guild will continue to operate its Support Centre and maintain the current enquiries telephone number and e-mail address to respond to enquiries or issues relating to claims received up to and including 31 January 2019.
The Pharmacy Programs Administrator has established a new Support Centre with a new enquiries telephone number and e-mail address, which will be operational from 1 February 2019. The Support Centre can be called on 1800 951 285 (9am to 8pm Eastern Time) or contacted via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
